Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated during the checkout. There are four options. UK buyers can choose between Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded while European customers can select Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International Signed For. The prices are automatically generated separately for each order based on the weight of the order. These postage costs are worked out by Royal Mail.

All orders will be dispatched within two working days. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery takes 1 - 3 working days.

Privacy & Security

UK Fabrics Online Ltd uses a secure 256-bit SSL connection to protect your personal details and financial information.

Our credit card payments are processed by PayPal, therefore all your details are shared and stored on PayPal - you can read their privacy policy here. 

You details are stored securely on our website, and are used only to process and send out your order - they are not stored on any of our computers. We do not share any of your information or details with any other third parties other than the aforementioned PayPal.

The financial information stored on our website - and by PayPal - is your credit card type, expiry date and the last four digits of your number. Your full credit card information is not stored by us, nor is it possible for any of our staff to see your full credit card number at any point of your order. We may ask you for the last four digits of your card to confirm your identity if you call us with any problems regarding your order.

We have an optional newsletter. If you want to remove yourself from the mailing list then please follow the unsubscribe link in the email, or contact us at sales@ukfabricsonline.com. If you would like us to remove or amend your data then contact us at sales@ukfabricsonline.com .

Returns & Replacements

We can only accept returns for faulty fabric. By purchasing from us you agree that you understand what you are purchasing. We offer free samples so you can see what the fabric is like before you order. We can not offer any returns once you have cut into the fabric and we can only accept returns within 30 days of dispatch. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused to the fabric due to wear and incorrect washing. If you wish to return an item please contact sales@ukfabricsonline.com with your order number and details.

Fabric Variance

While a great deal of effort is taken in ensuring colour matches, different rolls of fabrics may vary slightly in colour. They may also vary from the pictures shown due to lighting conditions and camera/monitor settings. We can not issue refunds due to slight colour variance, but will refund if there is a large difference in colour.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All our prices include UK VAT. If you require a VAT invoice then please contact us. Payment is currently all done via PayPal, but we plan on adding more payment methods in the future. Any returns on products purchased during a promotion will be refunded at the promotion price.

Ordering

When you order you are agreeing to purchasing one metre of fabric per quantity. If you wish to cancel an order after purchasing then please contact us within one working day. All orders will be dispatched within two working days.

Viewing Orders

To view current and past orders then navigate to "Account" at the top of the page. From there you can print invoices and re-order fabric.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by navigating to "Account" at the top of the page and following the instructions there.
